Michelle
Michelle May is a Sydney-based Buyer’s Agent and the founder of Michelle May Buyers Agents, a business built to advocate for and protect buyers in an increasingly complex property market.
Her perspective has been shaped by an international upbringing, having spent her early years in North Africa before moving to the UK at 20. While working in a traditional role, she began renovating and reselling property from the age of 22 — an early foundation that continues to inform her strategic approach today.
Since settling in Australia in 2007, Michelle has built a well-respected buyers’ agency grounded in clarity, structure and informed decision-making. Her work centres on helping clients navigate the market with confidence, particularly when they find themselves caught in what she describes as the “confusion loop” — where emotion, indecision and too many opinions begin to cloud judgement.
Michelle is the creator of the Better Home Buying program, an online course designed to help buyers approach property with a clear strategy and avoid the common pitfalls she sees every day in the market.
Beyond her client work, she hosts the Buy Your Side podcast and is a regular media contributor, sharing insights that encourage buyers to think more strategically and make more confident decisions.
She is also a mother of two, speaks four languages, and brings a grounded, human approach to what is often a highly emotional process.
Nicola
Nicola’s interest in property stemmed from the search for a warehouse to convert to a residence in 1986. In the period that followed she pursued her passion for art and architecture working in various roles in those industries.
In 2008 Nicola entered the real estate industry selling apartments designed by renowned architects such as Norman Foster & Jean Nouvel. This experience reaffirmed the importance of light and proportions of our built environment which lead to the study of Feng Shui offering a fuller understanding of space and potential of our residential environments.
Over time she became increasingly interested in facilitating the search for the right property for buyers in the market. Using her fine tuned skills of negotiation and research to achieve the best possible outcome for our buyers, is where you'll find Nicola in her element.
Nicola is a minimalist at heart, with a continued interest in the arts, design and architecture. You'll be in good hands with Nicola by your side.
Kate
Kate’s love of property started early, purchasing her first apartment in Darlinghurst just out of her teens. Since then, she’s been the trusted go-to for family and friends navigating the Sydney property market, drawn not just to the bricks and mortar, but to the way a home can shape the lives of those who live in it.
Having lived, bought and sold in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner City and Inner West, Kate brings a deep, firsthand knowledge of Sydney’s most sought after neighbourhoods. Her professional background includes years of experience in property research, inspections, appraisals, and supporting buyers through negotiation skills she now brings to her role as Client Relationships Officer.
Kate has an eye for detail, a calm, confident approach, and a genuine passion for helping people find the place they can truly call home.
Stephanie
Steph is our Business Manager and handles all the behind-the-scenes work here at Michelle May Buyers Agents.
She runs the operations that keep the business moving with intention — blending structure and big‑picture thinking to ensure everything flows smoothly and consistently for our clients. She is always looking for smarter, cleaner and more efficient ways to improve our systems and processes, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and our team stays supported and steady.
Eadie
Eadie joined Michelle May Buyers Agents in early 2025. Having completed her Certificate of Registration, Eadie supports our team with in depth research and due diligence, ensuring that no stone is left unturned when it comes to finding the right property for our clients, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Outside of work, you'll find Eadie enjoying time with her family, fur babies, heading to the beach, planning her next travel adventure or even stepping onto the stage to perform.
Tiziana
Tiziana brings over 12 years of experience across real estate sales and marketing, offering a well-rounded understanding of how property is positioned, presented and negotiated in the market.
Working within the buyers’ agency team, she supports the research and coordination process that underpins each purchase.
With a structured and detail-driven approach, Tiziana plays a key role in ensuring every stage of the buying process is managed with clarity, consistency and care.
