Find & Buy is our comprehensive end-to-end property buying service where we will identify, evaluate, define a purchasing strategy and then negotiate a purchase on your behalf. It is not restricted by time or the number of properties assessed. We keep going until we buy the right property for you.
For buyers not requiring our full service, we also offer discrete service packages at each stage of the process.

Need help getting started?
If you’re not sure where to look or what your budget will really buy, this is the place to begin. You fill in a short brief, we research the suburbs and property types you’re considering, then we sit down one-on-one for two hours and show you what you can afford, and where.
You’ll walk away clear on your priorities, the compromises worth making, and where to focus your search.
FIND & BUY.
Want us to handle the whole thing?
We take your brief, search on and off the market, inspect, research, negotiate or bid, and stay with you until the keys are in your hand. It’s a flat fee, quoted on the complexity of your search and never on the price of the property.
There’s no time limit and no cap on the number of properties we evaluate. We keep going until we help you buy the right property at the right price.
EVALUATE & NEGOTIATE.
Already found the right property?
You bring us the property. We check it properly, tell you what it’s worth, and if it stacks up, we negotiate or bid to buy it for you. Private treaty, auction, off-market or passed in, if it’s for sale, we can help.
The fee is split in two, so if the evaluation turns up something serious, we stop there and you don’t pay for a negotiation that never happens. The earlier you call, the more options we have.
BID.
Just need help on auction day?
The auction is won before you walk in. Before the day, we talk to the selling agent, find out who else is bidding and stress test your limit with you, so nothing gets decided under pressure. On the day, we bid to your limit and never a dollar past it. If it passes in, we keep negotiating until it sells, at no extra fee.
Since we started, we’ve bought the property at approximately 80% of the auctions we’ve bid at.
